You can return unworn items within 14 days. Please be careful not to remove attached labels.
You can use the return label from the package to send the goods back to us free of charge.
You do not need to provide a return address. With our return label, your return will be sent back to us directly. Please ensure that only the return label is visible on the outside and no longer the label of the original shipment.
The credit will be issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected your package.

Did an item not fit or are you not satisfied with the quality? We cannot automatically offset items against each other, so a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
In the online shop you can see whether the item is still available in the right size or color. You can order it again right away.
